ORGANIC INTERACTION
From the Fluids into Gravity
Body-Mind Centering® and Contact Improvisation Intensive

with Angela-Mara Florant & Jennie Zimmermann
SerVivo, Portugal

Once we are born, we sense the pull of gravity. In this intensive we invite you to gently explore coordination, movement vocabulary and relation. We will engage with movement patterns, the base for movement, and develop from there soft ways into Contact Improvisation techniques. Sensing a deep center connection, easy weight shifts into take off and leaving the ground.
