The aim is to create a safe space to explore Contact Improvisation on the level of technique, presence and play. A holistic approach to connect with yourself and others in a deep way.
Immerse yourself in a completely new world as an absolute beginner or expand your perspective and refine your technique, to be able to follow the flow of improvisation more easily. Discover the pleasurable fusion of flowing, rolling, flying, laughing for you.
