Hridaya Silent Meditation Retreat
“When the lips are silent, the Heart has a hundred tongues.” — Rumi
During this 5-day Silent Hridaya Meditation Retreat, we’ll gradually explore the foundations of meditation practice, discovering the joy of Stillness and the intimacy of the Heart.
The retreat weaves together silent meditation, Hridaya Hatha Yoga, and teachings on meditation and spirituality to support and deepen inner practice.
Our main focus will be Self-Inquiry, as presented by Sri Ramana Maharshi—the fundamental question “Who am I?”—an invitation to move beyond identification and concepts, allowing the answer to arise in the Silence of the Heart.
We’ll also draw inspiration from Advaita Vedanta, Yoga, Sufism, Tantra, Kashmir Shaivism, and Buddhism, each tradition pointing toward the same essence: the truth of our being.
In the stillness of silence and present-moment awareness, we’ll create the conditions to open to the Spiritual Heart and recognize the depth of who we truly are.
No prior meditation or yoga experience is needed; this retreat welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners.
