We invite you for 2 hours of practice bringing together dance, meditation, visualisation, physical theatre exercices and inspiration with the aim of reconnecting to another version of yourself closer to your essence and letting it express all it’s colours. Together, we will explore the space and each other in self and group dynamics. Come and play!
