For 8 years, we’ve been offering dance, meditation, eco-building, and more, all aimed at uplifting individuals and fostering meaningful relationships.
We’re seeking a dedicated long-term team member, or “Pillar,” to join our cooperative community for at least one year (with a one-month trial period). This volunteer-based role requires about 16 hours of work per week, plus general availability for unforeseen tasks. You will work closely with other pillars and numerous volunteers. While the position is not financially compensated, it comes with other benefits as our income is reinvested in the venue and repaying loans for the land.
Current Opportunity:
External Communications & Social Media Specialist
Ideal:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in online communication
Experience with community living is a plus
Preferably 30 years of age or older
Fluent in Portuguese and English

Clear and Concise Writing: Craft engaging, grammatically correct content.
PR: Manage media relationships and public inquiries.
Storytelling: Create compelling narratives that resonate with our mission and audience.
Social Media Skills:
Platforms: Master major social media platforms.
Content Creation: Design visually appealing multimedia content.
Community Engagement: Foster an online community.
Campaign Management: Plan&Execute media campaigns, and updating our website (WordPress/Elementor).
