DESCRIPTION:Move through  – Dance and creative expression\nA  2-hour session that will include the regular Move through dance session, followed by 1h of creative exploration.\nOpen level, no previous dance background necessary!\nAbout the sessions:\nMove through dance sessions are a blend of practices in Gaga movement language, contemporary dance and a hint of qigong. The aim is to open up the layers of the body, getting the flow going and connect to the space and each other.
