A weekend dedicated to movement/dance practices that will guide us towards Now. An opportunity to connect with the Nature that surrounds us and the one inherent to us. By approaching the Now with a curious body and mind, we’ll open a ground for new possibilities and new abilities to be unveiled, researching and opening for creativity, exchanging knowledge and experiences.\nWe invite you to dive into a fertile ground for building resilience, being playful, vulnerable, silly, to be seen and to see, to observe and to listen, and ultimately, to connect.\nWe’ll be moving through the weekend – creating body awareness – with the following practices:\nQigong inspired practices\nGAGA Movement Language\nContemporary Movement, Awakening the Dancer within\nCreative methods for composition and improvisation\nSomatic practices (moving From Inside expressing Outside: inspired by the Wisdom of the Dancing Body)\nFor whom?\nThis weekend retreat is dedicated to all the movement enthusiasts out there that wish to dive into a deeper understanding of the body in movement, dance, creative practices in the studio and in life.\nWe believe that our movement journeys reflect the way we move through life, so it’s our deepest desire to provide a safe container for all of us to unfold layers and find our true desires, through embodied practices.\nWe find it important that the participants already have some awareness in embodied practices, movement, dance, yoga, contact improvisation, etc. . But we dare to Welcome ALL LEVELS of experience.
